Knowing what your children should eat, and getting them to eat it, are two separate things!
Knowing that your children shouldn't be on screens all day is different than actually getting them to play outside.
Knowing that your children need better sleep, is different from getting them to go to bed on time.
Coaching can help you set goals for your family, teach you how to hold yourself accountable to your goals, and empower you to successfully change your behaviors.

When eating well, incorporating movement into daily life, or other healthy lifestyle changes seem overwhelming, coaching helps families find meaningful paths forward.
As a health coach, I help parents set realistic goals that will work for them and their children. I empower families through a behavioral change management process.
